Things are hotting up round here in more ways than one.  We had email last night from the brokers to promise we will hear back about the boat today.  No news yet... We went in hard with our final offer.  We initially offered 43% of the asking price and got a "no, it's too far from the asking price" - no surprise there! We've gone back with 67% of the asking price as a final offer with a lot of justification as to why this is.  No idea whether this is the right tactic or not but it's a learning experience all round.  The wait is killing me!
